Return and Exchange Policy
At The Bags Heaven, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
The product received does not match the size you ordered.
You receive an opened or unsealed package — please report this immediately to avoid any claims.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
Note:
Products purchased during a sale or at a discount are only eligible for exchange if the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Exchanges for a different size due to personal fit preferences can be requested by emailing us at hello@thebagsheaven.pk.
Color variation due to screen or lighting differences is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return/exchange is applicable only on orders delivered within Pakistan.
How Do I Apply for a Return?
To initiate a return, email us at hello@thebagsheaven.pk within 3 days of delivery. Please provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Images/videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)
Our team will verify the details and, if eligible, schedule a pickup from your doorstep or guide you to the nearest location for exchange.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your return/exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds if the product is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Eligible returns will be refunded as store credit or exchange, based on your preference. Cash refunds are not provided at this time.
