Product & Service Descriptions
While we strive to display product colors accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we may offer an alternative or cancel the order.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch of the product(s) or commencement of service(s). We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information.
Refund & Return Policy
We offer refunds only if the product:
Is unused
Remains in its original condition and packaging
Is returned within 7 days of delivery
In such cases, refunds are typically issued as store credit in PKR.
Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.
Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. Deliveries must be signed for and cannot be sent to PO boxes. Once the delivery is completed, all risk passes to the customer.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes to orders can only be made before dispatch. Once dispatched, no changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
